PW-SF480 Full Automatic Aluminum Foil Shrink Packing Machine is a new type of full automatic packing machine applicable to wrapping of aluminum foil PE film.
This machine is applicable to single-roll aluminum foil of varied specifications as well as printed or unprinted PE film, which features in easy adjustment, compact structure and low noise.It can execute such complete actions as feeding, film delivery, wrapping, trimming, folding and thermal shrinkage.
The anterior feeding conveyor can be directly connected with discharge port of rewinding machine to realize full automatic production, including rewinding and packing of finished products.Feeding conveyor and mainframe are available for split or integrated operation as per customers’ demands.
Maximum speed of this machine is up to 30 rolls/min. It can be operated by two workers only, which is favorable for saving of manpower, improvement of production and reduction in handling cost.
This machine is equipped with coding mechanism. The optimal heating and shrinking device is composed of oven and hot air gun, which is available for selection by customers as per practical production and speed.
